Cancellation is available only for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders.
Cancellation post shipment
Cancellation post shipping is currently not possible since the order has already been handed over to our courier partner.
- In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery.
- If a customer denies COD order during the attempt of delivery, all their future COD orders with be cancelled without further notice. Thereafter, they will only be able to place prepaid orders on our website.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds:
Cosmetics Hub offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 24 hrs of its delivery ONLY if the product you receive arrives in a damaged condition with parcel opening video.
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email/call/whatsapp (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an images and video of the damaged product & the order number for our reference.
- Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact & in the state they were delivered. If any of the above is tampered, you are eligible to only partial refund against the item.
How do I return an item purchased on Cosmetics Hub?
All sales are final. We don’t offer returns/refunds/exchanges at the moment.
